  1. Marta, you and you ST co-conspirators must stop pressuring me to plan a trip to France. All these photos and trip reports are unfair weapons.

Marta’s Reply — hehehehehe (evil laugh) – we will get you to France yet. 🙂

  2. This is a lovely grouping of pictures.. it almost felt as if I were there. I love all the colors of the buildings.. rather than the monochrome grey of many towns.
    Mine is up here.

  3. Wonderfully cheerful photos. Isn’t it funny how a region can establish its own sort of personality through the color of its buildings, the textures and the light? menehune

  4. Gorgeous shots! Isn’t it amazing how many wonderful spots there are to hang out? It is a shame that more folks don’t realize it and leave their backyards . . .

  5. Oh my, what wonderful memories these photos evoke! I lived in Aix-en-Provence for almost 3 years and Rousillon was a favorite photo destination for me (and a great place to hike). I have photos very similar to yours – but what isn’t gorgeous to photograph all over the South of France?

  6. Deborah is right…this is so enticing and makes me want to instantly book a trip there. Such wonderful photos. Thanks so much for giving me a mental getaway. For a few brief moments I was there! Lovely.

  7. Hi Marta, these are great choices for this week’s painted theme. I love all the colors on the buildings and what a beautiful town in France. I would love to one day re-visit France as a Slow Traveler. I’ve only been as a tour group and as such I’ve missed many beautiful scenes like the ones you’ve captured here.

Wonderful photos! Have a great Sunday!
