  1. Marta, that looks just delicious! I’m not too fond of traditional cassoulet becuase I usually find it too salty from the preserved meats for my taste–but that looks well worth trying.

  2. YUM! Thanks, Marta – I’m definitely trying this recipe.
    I *love* cassoulet (Grand Cafe in San Fran does a fabulous version), and whenever I think about cassoulet I get sad that I’ve given up meat! LOL
